Our Quality Program
The crux of our quality program is the belief that good systems that properly identify and document our customers' requirements and incorporate those requirements into our production processes will result in satisfied customers. Our focus is on what our customers are trying to accomplish by purchasing signage - what is the message and for whom is it intended. Once we understand this, our design and fabrication staff will work closely with you to determine the best way to meet your Goals.
It's Easy Being Green
We try at every step to provide environmentally friendly options to our customers, as well as using sound environmental practices in our operations.
- An increasing selection of biodegradable media and substrates is available for use in signage and, where suitable, we make our customers aware of such options.
- We have converted our printers to low-VOC inks that are considered non-hazardous by USEPA.
- As a partner in USEPA's WasteWise program, we set specific numeric annual goals for reducing waste by recycling, use of recycled materials and process controls.
